Data is used only for school administration, safeguarding, teaching, reporting, fees, feeding, attendance, parent communication, regulatory compliance, and approved internal operations.
Consent and Cookies
Before collecting personal data through forms, users should confirm consent. Essential cookies are used for access control, secure sessions, and portal operation. The system does not require advertising cookies.
Retention and Archives
Records are retained for school administration, audit, legal, and safeguarding needs. Archived records should be read-only and accessible only to authorised administrators.
Rights and Corrections
Parents, guardians, staff, and school leadership may request correction of inaccurate records through the school administration office, consistent with Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and good privacy practice.
Security
